Louis Edward Orchard, 64, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.

He was born on February 21, 1953, in Tacoma, WA, to the late Hezzy Orchard and Leah Osborne Nation. Louis worked in the Milling Department at Colonial Rubber. Louis also served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his two daughters, Marie Orchard and Melinda Orchard, both of Ripley; a son, Louis Orchard II (Lana) of Dyersburg; his mother, Leah Nation of Arco, ID; one sister, Patricia Orchard of Arco, ID; one brother, Doug Orchard of Tacoma, WA; eleven grandchildren, Preston Orchard, Madison Orchard, Jessica Jones, Mary Elizabeth Ellison, Malcolm Moore, Bennie Moore, Ronnie Joe Moore, Mikey Pittman, Hannah Pittman, Hope Comeaux and Righlee Comeaux; and seven great-grandchildren, Ella Ellison, Keagan Ellison, Sara Lynn Jones, Jaxon Jones, Liam Pilkington, Laiken Pilkington and Conner Comeaux.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Orchard; and a brother, Alan Orchard.
