Heather Lynn Foster Hubble, 44, of Newbern, TN, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at her residence.

She was born on August 7, 1973, in Fayetteville, N.C. to Luther Foster and the late Linda Parmenter Foster. Heather was an admissions specialist for 18 years at Dyersburg State Community College and was a member of Riverwoods Church. She was currently working on her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Memphis.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Pastor Brandon Norton officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Hubble of Newbern; her father and step-mother, Luther and Karen Foster of Dyersburg; her father and mother-in-law, Abbie and Robert Hubble of Dresden; a brother-in-law, Zachery Hubble of Dresden; a sister-in-law, Charalette Vazquez (Adan) of Union City; her step-sister, Dena Rogowski of Lavergne; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; and her fur babies, Sam, Ferby and Rodgers.

Pallbearers will be Zachery Hubble, Billy Eorgens, Nicky Denton, Jerry Crossno, Adan Vazquez and Jason Foster.
