Billy Glenn Riggins, 70, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on December 8, 1955, in Dyersburg, TN, to his late parents, James Harold Riggins and Susie Marie Valentine Riggins. Billy was a 1974 graduate of Yorkville High School and attended Union University. He worked as an electrician and proudly served his country in the United States Army National Guard.

Memorial visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2026 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Pursley of Dyersburg, TN; a son, Billy Riggins and wife, Tiffany; a daughter, Catherine Bell of Paragould, AR; a niece, Danna Riggins of Nashville, TN; fifteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Riggins was preceded in death by a daughter, Ashley Adams; and a brother, James Danny Riggins.
