Malcolm Everett Moody, 40, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at his residence.
He was born on July 17, 1977 in Ft. Campbell, KY. Malcolm was an animal control officer for Dyersburg/Dyer County Humane Society. He was also a member of Finley Baptist Church.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Finley Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Halliburton and the Rev. Joe Wright officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 3-4 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Alisha Halliburton Moody of Dyersburg; a daughter, Alyssa Moody of Marietta, GA; two sons, Nathan Moody and Noah Moody, both of Dyersburg; his mother, Seron Moody of Dyersburg; his father, Barry and Libby Moody of Finley; a brother, Allen Moody of Ft. Campbell, KY; and his grandfather, James E. Moody of Tiptonville.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Dyersburg/Dyer County Humane Society, 1120 East Court Street, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
