Mr. James Wylie Major, II age 15 of Dyersburg, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital.

Wylie was born January 30, 2009 in Union City, TN.  He was a Sophomore at Dyer County High School.  In his free-time, he enjoyed four-wheeling, working out at the gym and his evening gaming sessions with friends.

Wylie is survived by his mother, Kellie Pugh; his grandmother, Jan Sims; his grandparents, Margie & Larry Fowlkes; his great-grandmothers, Janie Wylie & Mary Sue Major, his great-uncle, Van Wylie & wife, Janice, his aunts, Pam Miller & Michelle Granner his uncle, Justin Wylie and cousins, Brintlee & Lane Wylie, Matt Granner, Allie Callis and Anna Austin's well as many other family members and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Wylie Major.

Visitation will be held at Dyersburg Funeral Home on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.  Private family graveside services will be held at a later time.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Maddox Mills, Bryce Rouse, Braxten Ivy, Brody Autry, Weston Hall,Zac Ables, Logan Tidwell, Victor Shelton, Tyler Liddell and Brayden Gonzales.
