Ms. Wilma Juanita Jones, 80, of Finley, TN, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025 at her home.

She was born on July 1, 1944, in Finley, TN to the late Christine & Clifford Ray Jones, Sr. She is remembered for her kind and loving spirit and providing care for those in her family. She participated and worked at the Developmental Skills Center in Dyersburg. She was content with the most simple pleasures in life, enjoyed collecting photographs, her television "Stories", her beautiful handwriting and a love for babies.

Wilma is survived by her brother, Max Jones; a sister, Linda Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Clifford Ray Jones, Jr., James Willie Jones, Thomas Ralph Jones; and sisters Betty Sue Hurst, Dorothy Mae Canada, Shirley Jones and Peggy Marie Farley.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. conducted by Rev. Jeremy White and Rev. Steve Walker with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Jones, Jeff Jones, Danny Hurst, Barry Farley and Michael Jones with Greg Canada as an honorary pallbearer.

The family request that memorials be directed to the ministries of Finley Pentecostal Church in lieu of flowers.
