Willodean Tull Holmes' Obituary
Willodean Tull Holmes, 86, of Dyersburg, died Monday, Aug.18,2008 at Wesley at Dyersburg Nursing Care.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fowlkes Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Hogue officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include two daughters, Gloria Dean Burkhead and husband, Donald, and Sheila Anne Holmes, all of Dyersburg; a son, Vernon Lee Holmes and wife, Marilyn, of Florissant, MO; a sister, Dorothy Fay Williams of Friendship; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L.A. "Bud" Holmes, and her parents, Boss I. and Ora Bell Dillon Tull.
Pallbearers will be nephews and great-nephews.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to Alzheimer's Association, Mid-South Chapter, West Tennessee Office, 326 Ellsworth St., Memphis, TN 38111.
