William Lynn Bruce, 58, of Dyersburg died Saturday August 28, 2010 at Gibson General Hospital in Trenton.

He was a salesman with National Federation Independent Business owners, a member of The Young Republicans, a representative of The National Write Your Congressman, a member of the Kansas City and Illinois BBQ Society and a veteran of the United States Army.

There will be a private Memorial Service at a later date.

Survivors include his two daughters Christy Linconfelt and husband, Carlton, of Star City, Arkansas, and Kimberly Wark and husband, Randy, of Bangor, Maine; a son, Jason Bruce of Pocomoke City, Maryland; his father, Ralph Bruce of Dyersburg; a sister Maxine Snell, husband, Larry, of Eades; and three grandchildren, Lily Bruce, Kayleigh Linconfelt and Michaell Linconfelt.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Bruce; his mother, Dorothy Bruce and a brother, Jerry Bruce.
