Wiley Joe Powers' Obituary
Wiley Joe Powers, 43, of Union City, died Monday, September 27, 2010 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
He was a Heating and Air Technician.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Dr. Welch officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 1-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home in Ridgely.
Survivors include his daughter, Kaleigh Hope Powers of Mayfield, KY; a son, Joseph Trey Powers of Union City; his companion, Tammy Edgin of Union City; his mother, Betty Harris of Union City; three step-daughters, Brandy Edgin, April Edgin and Brittney Edgin, all of Union City; two sisters, Amanda Powers of Union City and Sandra Butler of Dyersburg; a brother, Jackie Gooch of Union City; and three grandchildren, Evan Powers of Mayfield, KY, Alexis Edgin and Katie Marsie, both of Union City.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wiley Turner Powers; and a brother, Randy Gooch.
