Wanda Faye Murphy, 59, of Cordova, died Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at her residence.
She was a retired floral designer with Memphis Floral and a member of Mount Tirzah Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephen Stoner officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Murphy of Cordova; two daughters, Sabrina Murphy of Memphis and Rhonda Murphy of Oakland; four sisters, Glenda Whaley of Collierville, Grace Gurganus of Memphis, Joan Moore of Caseyville, Ill. and Margaret Ellis of Oakland; and a brother, Mark Moore of Brandon, Miss.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret Moore; and two brothers, Bobby Moore and Jody Moore.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Barrineau, J.J. Glover, Todd Tweedy, Jeff Moore, Keith Moore and Nathan Burns.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to any local humane society.
