Wade Lambert Fowler's Obituary
Wade Lambert Fowler, 36, of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at his residence.
He was a former cook for Dusty Joe's Restaurant and attended Volunteer Baptist Church.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Dyer County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Billy Tucker officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his two daughters, Chloe Ramsey of Dyersburg and Natalie Fowler of Union City; a son, Zachary Fowler of Evansville, IN.; his mother, Linda Wilson of Dyersburg; a sister, Amy Fowler Davis of Dyersburg; a niece, Kayla Sanders of Jackson; and a nephew, Dustin Fowler of Sicily, Italy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dalton Fowler; his step-father, Don Wilson; and his grandparents, L.M. and Dorothy Jones and Everett and Velma Fowler.
Family members and friends served as pallbearers.
