Vivian Pitts, 72, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

She was born on January 16, 1951, in Dyersburg, TN. Vivian was a factory employee for Firestone and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and dancing. Vivian loved the beach, playing cards and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a big fan of Conway Twitty's music.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2023 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Rev. Loren Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Gibson County Memory Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Yalanda Dill and Michelle Neal (Rodney) all of Dyersburg, TN; her bonus children, Linda Karnes (Danny) of Oregon, Andrea Montgomery and Gloria McMillian, both of Florida, Cindy O'Brien (Andy) of North Carolina, Cari Lucius of Alamo and Ron Pitts (Ginger) of Alaska; one brother, Jimmy Watson of Dyersburg, TN; two sisters, Rebecca Smith of Newbern, TN and Yvonne Fisher (Terry) of Dyersburg, TN; two grandchildren, Madeline Dill (Austin) and Alex Simmons; and one great-granddaughter, Charlee Jones.

Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, G.R. "Cull" Pitts; her mother, Josephine Watson Tipton; her son-in-law, Dennis Dill; a brother, Tiller "T.J." Floyd; and three sisters, Ruthie King, Gloria Jackson and Dorothy Lovell.

Pallbearers will be Terry Fisher, Daniel Henson, Tony "Biscuit" Truscott, Charlie Baker, Justin Watson and Zachary Brown.
