Virginia Alice Smith's Obituary
Virginia Alice Smith, 90, of Dyersburg, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 at The Highlands of Dyersburg.
She was a retired daycare owner.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with Mr. Rick Crawford officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her four daughters, Danita Cook and husband, Larry, of Dyersburg, Sandy Williamson and husband, David, of Joplin, MO., Judy Moore and husband, Robert, of Murfreesboro and Gale Bellmyer and husband, John, of Wewoka, OK; a son, James Larry Smith and wife, Suzie, of Alamo; two sisters, Glenda Tramel of Steele, MO and Martha Mooney of Paragould, AR; eleven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Smith; a daughter, Carla Jane Baines; and her parents, Grady and Willie Mae Jones Mooney.
Pallbearers were Larry Smith, Robert Moore, Randy Cook, Leon Gean, Glenn Autry, Thomas Widner and Ed Davison.
