Virginia Johnson Robinson's Obituary
Virginia Johnson Robinson, 88, of Ridgely, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cottonwood Baptist Church.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Layman officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Patty Wilson of Harrison Township, MI; two sons, Lannie Robinson of Plymouth, MI and Troy Robinson of Ridgely; two sisters, Mary Hailey of Union City and Nazaline Basham of Ridgely; a brother, Bonnie Johnson of Union City; ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Ted" Robinson; a daughter, Sue McGee; her parents, Jim and Prebble Green Johnson; and two brothers, Millard Johnson and Leland Johnson.
Pallbearers will be Jason Wilson, Matthew Wilson, Josh Martin, T.R. Robinson and James McGee.
