Virginia Inez Lewis' Obituary
Virginia Inez Lewis, 91, of Dyersburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Germantown.
She was a retired production worker for Oldberg Manufacturing and a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Fairview Cemetery with Mr. Larry Fowlkes officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Sondra Kay Lewis Warren and husband, Randy, of Amelia Island, FL and Lana Lewis Wright and husband, James, of Memphis; a son, Darryl Lewis of Dyersburg; three sisters, Mary Roach of Memphis, Margaret Rook of Sevierville and Lurlene Hummer of Newbern; three grandchildren, Kim Turner of Memphis, Scottie Lewis of Dyersburg and Angela Grandey of Jacksonville, FL; three great-grandchildren, Avery Turner, Jake Turner and Ava Grace Grandey; and a special friend, Linda Bush Eudaley of Dyersburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Lewis; and her parents, Elgie and Bonnie Palmer Hollis.
Pallbearers will be Randy Warren, James Wright, Darryl Lewis, Scottie Lewis, James Permenter and Sam Hummer.
