Ms. Virginia Jo Criswell, of Dyersburg, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Canterbury Place.  She was born November 1, 1927 in Finley, Tn to the late James & Lillie Green.  She retired after many years with the Sylvania Co. in Dyersburg.  She enjoyed gardening and outdoor activities with her husband, Joe, and was well known for her positive and outgoing personality.

Virginia is survived by her nieces, Joan DiMillio & Sharon Hall and her nephew, Dorman Beard.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe Criswell, her brother, Jack Green and her sisters, Modean Beard, Mary Sue Johnston & Juanita Green.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
