Violet Howell "Noots" Van Hooser, 75, of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was a retired employee for Sears Roebuck in Chicago, IL and All Wear Manufacturing in Newbern, TN. She was a member of Finley Baptist Church.
Services in Dyersburg, TN will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlie Halliburton officiating. The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Services in Princeton, KY will be graveside at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Morse Cemetery in Farmersville, KY with Mr. Phil Van Hooser officiating. The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at Morgan Funeral Home in Princeton, KY.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Van Hooser of Dyersburg; a son, Tony L. Van Hooser of Dyersburg; and a brother, Douglas Howell of Finley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, A.N. "Pete" and Jessie "Sis" Ennis Howell.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Finley Baptist Church.
