Violet Jeanette King, 59, of Friendship, TN, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Northbrooke Healthcare & Rehab Center.

Violet was born on October 4, 1960, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Eddie and Elmer Louise Greer Glass. She was a homemaker.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2020 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Mac Daniels officiating.

Survivors include her son, Creed King and wife, Sheron, of Friendship, TN; a sister, Janice Dowdy of Dyersburg, TN; and four grandchildren, Cali King, Seth King, Jake King and Emit King.

In addition to her parents, Violet was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Bryson; and a brother, David "O.G." Glass.
