Mrs. Victoria O'Neal Watkins, of Ridgely, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at TriStar-Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.  She was born December 15, 1971 and made her home in Lake County.  She was a beloved homemaker known as "Nona" to all of her kids and grandkids.  She loved shopping for and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, William Watkins; her sons, Matthew Dunn & Josh Mills; a daughter, Hannah Caldwell; her brothers, Mike Reeves & Mark O'Neal; and her twelve grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Barbara Dotson.

Cremation arrangements are in care of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
