Ms. Vickie Sue Franklin, 54, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away September 23, 2025 in Tiptonville, TN.

She was born on June 16, 1971 and was a life-long resident of Lake County. She is fondly remembered by many for her work as a server for Boyette's Dining Room at Reelfoot Lake. Her kind nature and attention to detail always stood out to her patrons. She was a devoted mother and friend who worked hard at whatever task was in front of her and liked to lend a helping hand to others when she could. In her free time, she loved taking trips with her family, especially to the Smoky Mountains or to the beaches of the Gulf Coast.

Vickie is survived by her sons, Dalton Campbell and Chandler Campbell; her long-time companion, Howard Deewayne Campbell; her mother, Linda Franklin; her two sisters, Sherry Owens and Leann Cook; a host of cousins; and her great-nieces and nephews, Madison Sneed, Aubrey Sneed, Mikey Sneed, Alexis Sneed, Tucker Sneed and Jeffery Sneed.

Funeral services will be held at the Lighthouse Church in Tiptonville on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Mr. Jerry Hill. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow in Lake Memorial Gardens.

Kyle Campbell, Cody Kuykendoll, Blake Berner, Jordan Davis, Cody Spalding and Clay Johnson will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffery Sneed, Carter Bloxom, Garett Rainey, Jonah Pittman and Vickie's co-workers from Boyette's Dining Room.
