Vernon Cleo Moore's Obituary
Vernon C. Moore, 91, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008 at his residence.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Pierce Lane Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Ralph Bruce officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include two daughters, Gaithel Moore Hendren and husband, Bubba, and Deborah Moore Davidson and husband, Travis, all of Dyersburg; a son, Cleland T. Moore and wife, Jenny, of Dyersburg; a sister, Linnie Lockhart of Jackson; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mable Margaret Moore, and a son, Lenville "Buddy" Moore.
Pallbearers will be Alan Webb, Marc Thompson, Kane Howe, Trenn Jones, John Harwell and Grant Montgomery.
