Velma Mai Chadwick Addison's Obituary
Velma Mai Chadwick Addison, 86, of Dyersburg, died Friday, April 2, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Harvest Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Dyer County Memorial Gardens with Bro. Scott Sewell officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her four daughters, Nancy Abbott and husband, Lawrence, of Nortonville, KY., Pauline L. Roberson and Debbie Oberst, both of Dyersburg, and Diana Pryjda and husband, Zbigniew, of Westerville, Ohio; a son, Gene Morris Hicks and wife, Mary, of Dyersburg; a daughter-in-law, Glenda Hicks of Texas; twenty grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lonnie Fox Chadwick; and a son, Charles Ray Hicks.
Pallbearers will be Justin Lynn Atchison, Adam Edwards, Adam Ford, Larry Samford, Zbigniew Pryjda, and Stephen Pryjda.
