Mr. Tony Lee Franks, of Ridgely, TN passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at his residence. Tony was born in Dyersburg, TN on July 26, 1969 to Roy Franks and the late Gail Mealer Freyer and worked as a self-employed mechanic. Graveside services were held at Dyer County Memorial Gardens in Dyersburg.
