Mr. Timothy Ray Hipps, of Dyersburg, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Regional One Hospital in Memphis.  He was born March 13, 1979 in Cook County, Illinois, to the late Danny and Sandra Hipps.  He worked for A-1 Construction and loved riding motorcycles.  He enjoyed spending time with his kids, family and friends, especially grilling and shooting pool.

He is survived by his daughters Rebecca Bolton and Destiny Scott and his brothers, Michael & Kenneth Hipps.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Danny Lee Hipps and Sandra Brimm Hipps and a daughter, Daykota Volner.  Cremation services are under the care of Dyersburg Funeral Home with a burial service for the family to be held at a later date at Palestine Cemetery, near Halls, Tn.
