Mr. Thomas Allen Hendren, of Dyersburg, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN.  He was born December 3, 1954 to Buford & Roma Goad Hendren.  He was a retired bus driver for Dyer County Schools and an avid football fan, always supporting the local sports teams.  He was a musician and loved music as well as being an active outdoorsman, camper and fisherman.  He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a very devout Christian and member of First United Methodist Church.

He is survived by a daughter, Victoria Moore Fulcher, of Nashville, TN, two grandchildren, Alexia Nichols & Scarlet Moore and a great-grandson, Timothy Johnson.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Buford & Roma Goad Hendren and his sister, Carol Hendren Disney.

Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Dyersburg Funeral Home.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020 at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, conducted be Mrs. Nancy Williams.  Pallbearers will be Bubba Hendren, Dennis Williams, Bryan Johnson, Justin Gunnels, Burt Ratliff and Stephen Henson.

The family request that memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choosing.
