Mr. Theodore "Ted" Goetz, of Dyersburg, passed away at his home on Monday March 4, 2024.  Ted was born January 23, 1949 in Chicago, IL to the late Theodore & Lovern Goetz, II.  He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.  He worked in the tool & die department of Heckethorn Mfg. in Dyersburg.  In his free time, Ted enjoyed time spent in practice, or competition, as a firearms enthusiast.

Ted is survived by his wife, of 48 years, Margaret Goetz, his sons, Keith Stow & wife, Stacey and Heath Stow, his grandsons, Kaleb Stow & wife, Sommer, Cort Stow and Brandon Stow, his granddaughter Skye Stow, his brothers Billy & Patrick Goetz, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces & nephews.

Family and friends are asked to gather in the New Fairview Cemetery Annex in Dyersburg on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. for a graveside service conducted by Mr. Paul Greer.  Honoring Ted as pallbearers will be Keith Stow, Heath Stow, Kaleb Stow, Cort Stow, Brandon Stow and Jay Greer.
