Thelma Davis Ketchum, 95, of Dyersburg, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Maple Ridge Assisted Living Center.
She was a retired clerk for Ben Franklin Department Store and the former owner of L.A. Ketchum Grocery Store. Mrs. Thelma was a charter member of Hawthorne Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her three daughters, Martha Ketchum Hopper, Judy Ketchum Moser and Lauren Ann Booker, all of Dyersburg; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie A. Ketchum; two daughters, Barbara Abernathy and Cindy Moore; her parents, Buren and Versie Fuller Davis; and two sisters, Lonia Davis McDaniel and Hazel Davis.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Booker, Sr., Daniel Booker, Jr., John Ketchum, Jimmy Moser, Jr., Justin Permenter, William Hendrix and Corey Hendrix.
