Terry Lee Vaughn, age 65, of Martin, Tennessee, passed away on August 18, 2025. He was born on July 23, 1960, in Tiptonville, Tennessee, to the late James Gordon Vaughn and Mary Floyd Vaughn.

Though Terry faced physical challenges in life, he was best known for his radiant smile and the joy he brought to everyone around him. He loved being the center of attention, sharing good food, and spending time outdoors. Terry's smile was his voice, and with it, he made people feel happy and loved.

Terry is survived by his sisters, Cathy Lee Williams (Johnny) and Mary Lynn Sutton; nephew, Travis Williams (Kim); nieces, Suzanne Tragesser (Burt) and Crystal Baggett (Stephen); and grand nieces and nephews, Chase Williams, Ben Tragesser, Baylee Tragesser, Bryson Sherrill, William Cain, and Hayden Hopper. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Gordon Vaughn and Mary Floyd Vaughn, as well as James David Sutton and David Sutton.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Chapel in Tiptonville, Tennessee. Funeral services will follow on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., also at Dyersburg Funeral Home Tiptonville Chapel. Burial will follow in Lake Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Bryson Sherrill, William Cain, Ben Tragesser, Travis Williams, Burt Tragesser, and Joe England.

Terry will be remembered for his laughter, his light, and the love he shared with all who knew him.
