Terry Clayton Sipes, 74, of Dyersburg, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
He was a retired supervisor for Pictsweet, a retired farmer, and was also a retired supervisor for Dyersburg Fabrics. Mr. Terry was a member of the Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Larry Fowlkes and Mr. Ben Coles officiating. Burial will be in Hurricane Hill Cemetery.
The Sipes Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his lifetime companion, Ruby Sipes; three daughters, Lisa Baldwin and husband, Bob, of Lebanon, Stephanie Walton and husband, Ken, of Old Hickory, and Michelle Willis of Millsfield; three sons, Ricky Sipes and Mike Sipes and wife, Samantha, all of Dyersburg and Gary Sipes and wife, Lisa, of Katy, TX; two sisters, Joyce Brewer and Sheila Robinson and husband, Thurman, all of Dyersburg; a brother, Wayne Sipes and wife, Linda, of Dyersburg; thirteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mildred Warren Sipes; and a sister, Cordellia Luckett.
Pallbearers will be Barry Clayton "Clay" Hughes, Tyler Hughes, Taylor Erwin, Michael Sipes, Clayton Sipes, and Ben Coles.
