Terry Jane Garner, age 74, of Finley, TN, passed away peacefully at her residence on May 22, 2025.

Born on May 28, 1950, in Dyersburg, TN, she was the beloved daughter of the late Ennis and Mary Phillips Minley. Terry was a retired restaurant manager and a devoted member of the Springhill Baptist Church. Her life was filled with love for her family and community.

She is survived by her son, Travis Roberson and his wife Cheri of Halls, TN; her daughters, Diane Binkley and her husband Jon of Lenox, TN, Lisa Junior and her husband Scotty, and Lori Roberson-Pevahouse and her husband Joseph, all of Dyersburg, TN. She also leaves behind her sisters, Rhoda Ann Burton and Elizabeth Brasfield, both of Dyersburg, TN, and Gloria Johnson of Clarksville, TN; her brother, Thomas Minley and his wife Regina of Parsons, TN; her son-in-law, Tim Pevahouse; thirteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Terry was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Garner and Wilburn Roberson; a brother, William Tobias Minley; two sisters, Bertha McDivitt and Dorothy Francis Mitchell; and a great-grandson, Scottie Lamarr Byrd.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at the Tabernacle of Praise Church in Halls, TN, officiated by Rev. Ron Scott and Rev. David Oglesby. Burial will follow in Sorrell's Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Justin Humphrey, Randy Lynn Simmons, Jr., Joseph Junior, Jacob Cruz, Dylan Franklin, and Hunter Brasfield. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Pevahouse, Blake Barham, and Scotty Junior.
