Terry Allen Craig's Obituary
Terry Allen Craig, 68, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.
He was born on June 14, 1948 in Haywood County, TN. Terry was an exterminator for Okeena and was a member of Fowlkes Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving his country during the Vietnam War. Terry also loved football and NASCAR Racing.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny O'Guin and the Rev. Neal Chatham officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The Craig Family will receive visitors from 1-3 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Oleta Craig of Dyersburg; a sister, Phyllis Craig Burchfiel and husband, Malcolm, of Newbern; three nieces, Tracey Patterson and husband, Kenneth, Cheryl Palmer and husband, David, and Shana Burchfiel; a nephew, Shane Burchfiel and wife, Lana; and twelve great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin F. Craig.
Pallbearers will be Shane Burchfiel, David Palmer, Logan Palmer, Kenneth Patterson, Garrett Purvis, Cody Purvis and Chase Patterson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Fowlkes Baptist Church Men's Class, Jeff Yarbrough, Jeff Jones, Bill Hall and James Dowell.
