Susie Mungene Jetton Hardy, 89, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Palestine United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Lowrance officiating. Burial will be in Sorrell's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Mary A. Hardy and Sandra H. Hendren, both of Dyersburg; a son, Jerry Wayne Hardy of Bartlett; two sisters, Amelia Williams of Alamo and Nancy Vernon of Maury City; four grandchildren, Beth Summerford, Lori Hardy, Jeremy Hendren and Ben Hendren; and six great-grandchildren, Robyn Summerford, Ren Summerford, Jesse Hendren, Jake Hendren, Caroline Hendren and Hayden Hendren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Hardy; her parents, Ernest and Sudie Cates Jetton; and two brothers, Charles Jetton and Harry Allen Jetton.
Pallbearers will be Bill Hardy, Jr., Eddie Williams, Mark Summerford, Jeremy Hendren, Ben Hendren and Rick Hendrix.
