Sue Seratt Brown, 86, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.

She was born on March 8, 1931, in Halls, TN, to the late Dan Seratt and the late Georgia Collins Seratt. Mrs. Brown was a retired quality control inspector at Heckethorne Manufacturing and was a member of Second Baptist Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

The Brown Family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, James "Jim" Brown of Dyersburg; two daughters, Linda Ruth Henry (Bill) of Dyersburg and Lisa Abel (David) of Newbern; a son, Jamie Brown of Paris; a sister, Faye Pruitt of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Lindsey Parker (Chris) of Dyersburg, Becky Woods of Crockett Mills, Susan Hart (Jimmy) of Arlington, John Brown of Paris and Brandon Gooch of Newbern; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Damon Reed and Hazel Burg; and three brothers, J.D. Seratt, Raymond Seratt and Clyde Seratt.

Pallbearers will be Robert Brown, Corey Jeffries, Terry Brown, Andy Alford, Eugene Brown and Chris Parker.
