Steve Cravens, 77, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.

Steve was born on April 15, 1943, in Tiptonville, TN. He was a retired correctional officer for Northwest Correctional Center and was a member of Phillippy Baptist Church. Steve was an avid hunter and fisherman. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Cravens of Tiptonville, TN; a son, Stevie Cravens of Nashville, TN; a daughter, Stephanie Cravens Beal of Dyersburg, TN; two sisters, Candy Shipman Curlin of Tiptonville, TN and Darlene Bell of Kentucky; four grandchildren, Shayna Gammons, Kevin Dillard, Katie Cravens and Raelyn Cravens; and a step-granddaughter, Christina Gammons.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Shipman.
