Stephen Ray Burkhead's Obituary
Stephen Ray Burkhead, 40, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a member of South Fork Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at South Fork Baptist Church with the Rev. John Wayne Fowler officiating. Burial will be in South Fork Cemetery in Chestnut Bluff. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his parents, Donald and Gloria Burkhead of Dyersburg; and his aunts and uncles, Sheila Holmes, Vernon Lee Holmes and wife, Marilyn, and Buddy Burkhead and wife, Patricia, all of Dyersburg and Joyce Clendennin of Unionville.
Pallbearers will be Mike Henson, Ike Palmer, William Terry, Jeff Burkhead, Keith Burkhead, and Jerry Daniel. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Burkhead and Joe Woodard.
