Shurldine S. Curtis' Obituary
Shurldine S. Curtis, 73, of Dyersburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at her residence.
She was a homemaker and a member of Junction Church of God.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Chessor and the Rev. Bland Stout officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Gus Curtis of Dyersburg; two daughters, Charmaine Curtis of Carol Stream, IL and Yvonne Curtis of Seattle, WA; two sisters, Aileen Helton of Morristown and Lorene "Midge" Martin of McHenry, IL; and two brothers, Casey Skidmore of Tuscumbia, AL and Alva Skidmore of Elizabethtown, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alva and Snobia Simpson Skidmore; three sisters, Maxine Thornton, Bardene Killgore and Darlene Margowski; and two brothers, Bracy Skidmore and Tracy Skidmore.
Pallbearers will be Don Smith, Randy Brock, Phillip Bowles, Jason Anderson, Tim Vestal and Mike White.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718
