Ms. Shirley Irene Dial Kelley, of Tiptonville, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 at West Tennessee Jackson General Hospital.  She was born December 6, 1953 to the late Claude "Fuzz" & Mary Ruth Dial.  Throughout her life, Shirley worked in various restaurants and cafes as a waitress.  She had a heart for people and was truly devoted to her family.  She is fondly remembered for her love of going on trips.  It never took any convincing to get her on the road, especially to Gatlinburg, TN or to Florida.

She is survived by her daughter, Selena Hutcheson of Tiptonville, TN; her brother, Murphy Dial; and her grandchildren, Courtney & Ava Hutcheson and Christina Faith Striffe.

She is preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Quillens, Junior Quillens, Billy Dial, Jerry Dial and Eugene Dial.

A memorial service honoring the lives of Robert & Shirley Kelley will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Tiptonville Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 12:30 p.m. Interment will take place at a later time.
