Shirley Ann Wilson, 77, of Tiptonville, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Hornbeak Baptist Church.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. David Gray officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Theresa Diane Strain and husband, Kenny, of Shawtown and Susan Kaye Salmon and husband Kendall, of Tiptonville; a sister, Doris Morris of Troy; two brothers, Gene Walden of Hornbeak and James Walden of Draffensville, KY; four grandchildren, Christopher Strain of Tiptonville, Michael Strain of Florida, Amy Strain of Nashville and Scott Salmon of Tiptonville; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Alvie Wilson; her parents, Leon and Audie Eades Walden; two sisters, Ovie Lee Sims and Effie Walden; and three brothers, Belton Walden, Lincoln Walden and Lebra Walden.
