Shelley Black Chadwick, 50, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at her residence.

Shelley was born on May 8, 1973, in Somerville, TN, to Cassandra Black Chadwick and the late Charles C. Chadwick. She was a truck driver and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville. Shelley enjoyed dancing and watching old movies. She loved her family and was a very proud aunt to her niece and nephews. Shelley was an avid swimmer and taught her niece and nephews how to swim.

Memorial visitation will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 3-5 pm, come and go, with the service at 5 pm at First United Methodist Church in Tiptonville. Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her mother, Cassandra Chadwick of Tiptonville, TN; a sister, Mary Whitney Ayers and husband, David, of Tiptonville, TN; a brother, Jacob Chadwick of Tiptonville, TN; two nieces, Darby Ayers and Rhiannon Hamlin; two nephews, Cohen Ayers and Jacob Chadwick, Jr. , and a great nephew, Greysen Hamlin.
