Shelby Gene Reynolds, 82, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at his residence.

He was born on November 4, 1936, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late John and Jessie King Reynolds. Shelby was a retired farmer and was a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville with the Rev. John Troutman officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Runions Reynolds of Tiptonville, TN; a daughter, Angela Cagle of Ridgely, TN; four sons, Randall Reynolds, Michael Lynn Reynolds and wife, Mary, Jonathan Reynolds and Brian Reynolds, all of Tiptonville, TN; a sister, Deborah Hamil of Tiptonville, TN; two brothers, John Wayne Reynolds of New Madrid, MO and Darrell Reynolds of Tiptonville, TN; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Reynolds, David Reynolds, Guy Hamil, Chris Burrus, Mark Roberson and Chris Runions. Honorary pallbearers will be Douglas Runions, Bobby Joe Sneed, Josh Reynolds, Trey Wood and Bobby Reynolds.
