Sara Jean Holcomb, 82, of Dyersburg, died Friday, Sept. 10, 2010 at NHC Healthcare in Murfreesboro.
She was retired from Bell South Telephone Co., a member and deacon of Cumberland Presbyterian Church and member of the Lydia Circle, and she and her husband operated Holcomb's Farmer's Supply in RoEllen.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Annetta Camp officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include a son, Perry Lynn Holcomb and wife, Lynn, of Murfreesboro; a brother, Robert Veal of Dyersburg; and three grandchildren, Krystal Hill, Bailey Holcomb and Gracie Holcomb, all of Murfreesboro.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Allen Holcomb.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Hendren, Chip Worley, Rodney McKinney, Jeff McGuire, Terry Dial and Jeff Brewer. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Fowlkes and John McDivitt.
