Samuel Johnson, infant son of Greg and Kristin Johnson, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Besides his parents, survivors include his three brothers, Daniel Johnson, Joshua Johnson and twin, Luke Johnson, all of Trimble; his grandparents, Carolyn and Stearns Crosbie, Julia Marler and Elden and Liz Johnson; three aunts, Alicia Jones, Heather Crosbie and Caitlyn Lawson; and four uncles, Gary Johnson, Stewart Johnson, Cory Lawson and Jonathon Crosbie.

Pallbearer will be Brian Funderburk.
