Ruth Ann Wilbanks, age 73, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on April, 21, 1948 in Marion, IL to the late Billy Blue and JoAnn Murrow Kelton. She was an associate for Wal-Mart.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Dyersburg Funeral Home and also Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, IL.

Funeral services will be Friday, September 24, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, IL. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, IL.

Survivors include two sons, David Wilbanks of Dyersburg, TN and Kenny Bauer of Colorado; one daughter, Crystal Green of Dyersburg, TN; two brothers, Bill Kelton (Marsha) and Kevin Kelton (Melanie) both of Mt. Vernon, IL; and five grandchildren, Finn Wilbanks, Tyler Wilbanks, Kaitlyn Green, Lillianna Nunez, and Braden Buckner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Frederick Wilbanks.
