Ruth Juanita Franklin, age 92, of Ridgely, TN, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Signature Healthcare of Ridgely.

Born on March 8, 1933, in Ridgely, TN, she was the beloved daughter of the late Seldon and Lena Scott Clark. Ruth dedicated over 20 years of her life as a cook for the Lake County School System, where she was cherished by colleagues and students alike. A devout member of the Willingham Baptist Church, Ruth's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She will be remembered for her warmth, dedication, and the love she shared with her community.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Willingham Baptist Church with Bro. Charles Graham officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 1 p.m. until service time at the church.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her son, Richard Webber (Sherrie) of Chicago, IL; a nephew who was very close to her, Marvin Pace of Texas; three grandchildren, Christal Webber, Gwenn Webber and Richard Blair Webber; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Ruth was preceded in death by her husbands, Dick Webber and Floyd Louis Franklin; two sons, John Edward Webber (Ruby) and Michael Franklin; a beloved grandson, Johnny Webber; and two sisters, Hazel Clark Pace and Helen Clark Smith.
