Ruby Inez Hollingsworth's Obituary
Ruby "Inez" Hollingsworth, 81, of Newbern, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a former machine operator for Sylvania and a member of Emmaus Baptist Church in Newbern.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Emmaus Baptist Church with the Rev. James Hooper officiating. Burial will be in Woodville Cemetery in Curve.
The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Allen L. Hollingsworth of Newbern; two daughters, Joan Lamb of Newbern and Laura Patterson of Dyer; a brother, Jerry Yancey of Newbern; four grandchildren, Marty Lamb of Dyersburg, Tina Valois of Randleman, N.C., Heather Rinks of Dyer and Terry Brown of Newbern; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, William "Butch" Lamb; her parents, William and Nell Yancey; and two brothers, Guy Wilson and O'Neal Yancey.
Pallbearers will be Marty Lamb, Terry Brown, Roger Yancey, Jerry Yancey, David Oxley and Adam Oxley.
