Ruby Inez Asbridge's Obituary
Ruby Inez Asbridge, 99, of Dyersburg, died Friday, January 21, 2011 at The Highlands of Dyersburg.
She was a retired cook for Dyersburg Fabrics and a member of Phillips Street Church of Christ.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Brewer and Mr. Edgar Shultz officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her son, Damon Asbridge and wife, Melissa, of Dyersburg; a daughter-in-law, Shirley Asbridge of Dyersburg; a sister, Sue White of Indianapolis, IN.; and a brother, Hank Rook of Bruceton. A special thanks to the two caregivers, Frances Sanford and Joyce Gatlin; and the staff at Highlands of Dyersburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther F. Asbridge; a daughter, Faye Hillis; a son, Weldon Asbridge; a sister, Jean Asbridge; and a granddaughter, Susan Hillis.
