Ross Willard's Obituary
Ross Willard, 90, of Dyersburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at his residence.
He was born on September 4, 1926 in Dyer County, TN to the late Robert Murf Willard and the late Lillie Mae Bradley Willard. Ross was a retired refrigeration engineer for Beatrice Foods in Moses Lake, WA. He was a WWII Navy Veteran.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Williams officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his three sisters, Charleen Hinson of Dyersburg, Bonnie Bane and husband, Joe, of Pacific, MO and Rosie Smith of Newbern; a brother, Houston Willard of Keizer, OR; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alta Willard; a son, Daniel Glen Willard; two brothers, Leroy Willard and Darrell P. Willard; and two sisters, Odessel McDowell and Christine Grizzle.
