Rodney Lynn Manley, 74, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.

He was born on July 24, 1947, to the late Charlie and Pearlie Foster Manley. Rodney worked for 30 years at Dyersburg Fabrics and everyone knew him by his nickname, "Diamond". He was an avid car collector and enjoyed going to car shows. Rodney enjoyed fishing and loved everything outdoors. He was an avid Party Line caller and listener and loved his Kentucky Wildcats.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Roper officiating. Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his son, Johnny Manley of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Christie Patton of Dyersburg, TN; two sisters, Alice Blackley of Ridgely, TN and Doris Ford of Lincoln, NE; three grandchildren, Cody Patton, Alyson Patton and Bella Patton; and a great-granddaughter, McKenna Ann Zaricor.

In addition to his parents, Rodney was preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin Manley and Buford Manley; and three sisters, June Green, Charlene Barnes and Sybil Ryan.
