Robert Len Orr, 78, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

He was born February 11, 1943, in Laurel, MS, to the late Dr. Robert Lee Orr and Ms. Sally Orr. Len Orr was a chemical salesman for C. P. Hall Company for over 29 years. He also served as chairman of the Southern Rubber Group and member of the Blue Ridge Rubber Group. He attended Union University, where he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. He served as a Russian linguist in the United States Air Force, and he graduated from the University of Memphis. He was also a member of Obion United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his companion of eighteen years, Natalie Wyrick; one son, Russell Len Orr of Dyersburg; daughter and son-in-law Laura and Bruce Burridge of Nashville, and granddaughter Iris Burridge.

Graveside services will be at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Obion.

The family will receive visitors at Rose Hill Cemetery from 4-4:30 p.m. with Bro. Terry English officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
