Robert "Bobby" Cooper's Obituary
Robert "Bobby" Cooper, 74, of Tiptonville, died Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was retired from the maintenance department with Georgia-Gulf, where he worked for 32 years, member of First Baptist Church, member of Tiptonville Harmony Lodge #184 and a Scottish Rites Mason.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tiptonville City Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Marian Cooper of Tiptonville; two daughters, Angela L. Cooper of Tiptonville and Stacy J. Emery of Elbridge; two brothers, Lynn Cooper of Tiptonville and William B. Cooper of Horn Lake, MS; and two grandchildren, Joseph W. Emery and J.R. Emery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sally Payne Cooper; and a brother, William Harvey Cooper, Jr.
The family requests that memorials be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
